Our Story

Founded in 1969, Tingdene Group has grown from a park home and lodge manufacturer in Wellingborough into a leading name in residential parks, leisure parks and marinas, providing vibrant communities and lifestyle living in some of the UK’s most beautiful locations. Now a third-generation family business, Tingdene Group is built on strong values of quality, integrity and innovation, with the name “Tingdene” itself tracing back to the Domesday Book of 1086.

 

Over more than five decades, we have diversified and expanded nationwide, now operating residential and holiday parks, a growing network of marinas and pioneering floating home developments. With over 200 team members, our footprint stretches far, from Holy Loch Marina in Scotland to Trowbridge Residential Park in Wiltshire, creating opportunities, memorable experiences and connected communities wherever we operate.

 

In 2025 we proudly launched Tingdene Group Foundation as a dedicated platform to share and celebrate the positive impact our people and projects create. From community initiatives and charitable partnerships, to environmental commitments and team development, the Foundation reflects our promise to build not just places to live, stay or moor, but thriving, sustainable communities that make a lasting difference.
