Our Partners
Tingdene Group Foundation are proud to support a range of trusted charity partners who make a meaningful difference in our communities. In recent years, our main charity partner has been Grief Encounter, an incredible organisation providing vital support to bereaved children and families. Through fundraising events and community initiatives, we’ve raised funds and awareness for this important cause.

More recently, we have partnered with Marmalade Trust, supporting their vital work to tackle loneliness and help people feel more connected. This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to improving wellbeing and creating stronger, more inclusive communities.
Marmalade Trust
Founded to tackle loneliness and social isolation, Marmalade Trust is a leading UK charity working to create a society where loneliness is recognised and people are supported to form meaningful connections.

Through community projects, practical resources, educational programmes, and national initiatives such as Loneliness Awareness Week, the charity reaches millions of people each year, helping individuals feel seen, supported, and connected. Their inclusive and compassionate approach makes a lasting difference to communities across the UK and beyond.

Marmalade Trust shares strong values with Tingdene Group Foundation, including a commitment to wellbeing, connection, and building supportive communities. This partnership reflects our belief in giving back and creating neighbourhoods where people feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Tour de Tingdene
This year we are kicking off our fundraising for Marmalade Trust with our inaugural Tour de Tingdene. The challenge will see our team cycle 250 miles from Upton Lake & Marina in Worcestershire to North Denes in Lowestoft, raising awareness of loneliness and its impact, particularly within our residential communities.
Taking place this September, the ride brings together our Tingdene team, Andy Dixon, Ethan Zone, Paul Whittington and Adam Buck. Check out the fundraising link below and show them some support!
Founded by Dr Shelley Gilbert MBE, Grief Encounter is dedicated to ensuring every child and young person has access to vital support after the death of someone close.
Through counselling, creative therapies, family events, and specialist training, the charity helps children and families navigate the fear, anxiety, and isolation caused by bereavement. Funded by generous supporters, Grief Encounter provides life-changing resources and care.
Over the years, Tingdene Group Foundation has proudly raised over £38,906 for the charity, with a continued commitment to fundraising for this important cause.

Tingdene has been a wonderful supporter of Grief Encounter for many years. From supporting our Gala Dinner, Forget-Me-Not Walks as well as taking on fundraising challenges, you have been incredibly generous and loyal in your support. Your gifts have funded hundreds of therapy sessions for bereaved children and young people, providing a safe space for them to begin to navigate the heartbreak of grief and feel less alone.
